Everything the pro shop does, step by step.
The staff hub, outings, leagues, event day and how ties are settled, from the demo course.
Screens on this page are from our demo course, Kingfisher Hollow, which is made up.
One screen for the pro shop.
The next event, and whether it is ready.
It sits at the top with one line under it: ready, or what is still missing. Mission Control, the print pack and the board are one click from it.
Your leagues under it.
This week, the roster and the standings, with the week’s Mission Control a click away.
Your season, and your course’s site.
Your season adds itself up as you go: outings, golfers, teams and holes posted. The Course site button opens your course’s site.
A new event in about a minute.
Single day or Multi-day.
Name, date, card, tees and format. A multi-day event runs 2 to 4 days as one event. Gross, net or both, the start type and any contest holes. What will be created is on the right before you create it.
Handicap allowances, stated plainly.
- Best ball
- 85% of each player's handicap.
- 2-person scramble
- 35% of the low handicap plus 15% of the high.
- 3 and 4 person scramble
- 20% of the team's combined handicap.
- Individual
- Full handicap.
- Nine holes
- A proper nine-hole handicap, for single events and league nights.
Import the field.
Drop in the spreadsheet you already keep, or start from our template. It reads your columns, shows you the field, and loads it.
Print the pack.
Scorecards, cart signs, tee sheet, sign-in sheet and QR pack. Color or black and white, one or two to a page.
Weeknight leagues that run themselves.
Set up the season once.
Pick the night, the first date and the number of weeks, and skip the dates you are closed. Front nine, back nine, alternating or all 18. Best ball, scramble or individual, gross or net. Every date of the season is on screen before you create it.
Enter the roster once.
Teams and handicaps go in at the start of the season, typed in or from the spreadsheet you already keep. Every week starts from it. Handicaps update themselves from the scores. Pick the rule once, best 3 of the last 5 weeks at 80 percent or whatever your league uses, and each week's handicap comes from the weeks before it. Or keep the roster handicap all season.
Who's playing.
Before the night, mark a team out, or one partner. The other plays alone and their ball counts.
Online sign-up.
Turn on sign-up for an outing or a league and your golfers sign up on your site and land on the roster. You take the money the way you do now, at the counter or with the payment link you already use.
Copy last week's groups.
Start this week from last week's groups in one step, then change what you need.
Standings that update themselves.
Golfers score from their phones. When the night ends, the standings move on their own: points, weeks played, average net, best week and the move from last week.
A league home on your course's site.
Standings, weekly results, every team and player, and the schedule, on your course’s site. Your golfers check it themselves.
A different format every week.
Run a league where the format changes each week: individual net one week, two-man best ball the next, a scramble after that. Set each week up like an outing, and season points follow each player all year.
Hand a league to its captain.
Invite the captain by email. They run that league's nights from their phone with the same buttons your shop has, and nothing else at the course.
One phone per group. The board everywhere.
One phone per group scans the code on the cart sign and enters scores. Nothing to download, no accounts. The board updates on every phone and on the clubhouse TV, with your sponsors on it all day.
Run the day from Mission Control.
Launch, see who has started and finished, fix a score, mark the round complete.
Ties settled your way, and shown on paper.
Ties break on the handicap holes, number 1 handicap first, the way pro shops already settle a scramble. USGA countback is there if you prefer it. The results print shows every tie hole by hole: green where they tied, blue where a team won the hole, red where a team lost it. No arguing at the awards table.
